Operating under GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards, we provide end-to-end solutions that cover manufacturing, quality control, regulatory documentation, logistics, and fulfillment.

As our business continues to expand internationally, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our remote team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing.
  • Conduct discovery calls and online meetings with prospective clients.
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals and negotiate partnership terms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across international markets.
  • Develop your own portfolio of accounts and drive repeat business.
  • Handle objections related to pricing, timelines, production capabilities, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
  • Track and manage opportunities, documentation, invoices, and payment schedules through CRM systems.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, food, cosmetics, supplements, private label, or related industries.
  • Proven success in managing long and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher), including business communication and presentations.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as AmoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and sales operations processes is a plus.
  • Additional languages (Spanish, German, or Italian) will be considered an advantage.

  • Competitive fixed salary starting from €1,200 per month, plus performance-based bonuses after the probation period.
